We offer Mediterranean Cuisine with fresh local produce. We have been in this area many years now in business, and believe with great food, service and something unique we can share our travels with the locals and tourists. We met with Nicola and shared our ideas, there was a Spanish Restaurant, and dream to bring the fabulous Mediterranean Cuisine to Bargara was born. A well known Chef, Nicola Smith, formally trained at The Opera House in Sydney was a long term colleague. A Spanish style long standing resort with a restaurant had become vacant. Upon returning to our daily lives in Bundaberg an opportunity arose. After amercing ourselves in the relaxed culture, enjoying local food and tapas a love for this area of Catalonia was born. Andrew and Kerilyn embarked on a trip through Europe driving through Spain, starting in Barcelona to explore the country side and experience the picturesque villages. Catalonia Restaurant is the result of an inspiration trip through the Mediterranean. Catalonia Restaurant is located at 58 Miller Street, Bargara in the Don Pancho Resort History Established in 2013.
